Every person that is tracked and/or has access to the system is required to have a User account. Users can be added to the system through the User module or imported by spreadsheet.
Roles:
Your implementation team at Bit-Lever will work with you to create Roles for every position level that will have different access to AgentPRO within your organization. Roles can be controlled within the Users module. Within this module, you can control the access to Entities, Reports, Dashboards, and other features within AgentPRO. For each feature or module, you can control Create, Read, Update, and Delete functionality.
